Payment by PayPal Express

Payment can be made via our PayPal Express Checkout method. When you click the "Checkout with PayPal Express" button you will be directed to the PayPal website. You will then be able to enter your PayPal account details to pay via your PayPal account, or you can pay by entering your credit/debit card details. This provides a different method of paying by credit/debit card if our normal (WorldPay) credit/debit card payment method is causing unexpected problems or refusals.

We are only able to ship to the address returned to us by PayPal when you use this method of payment. The address that we receive must be a confirmed address held by PayPal (if you use your PayPal account) or the address that you enter when entering your credit/debit card details. If you use an unconfirmed address then your order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded.

Payment by Credit/Debit Card

We accept most major types of Credit and Debit Card. For your privacy, the name of the retailer that appears on your card or bank statement will be "OSGS".

Goods can only be shipped to the card-holders Billing address unless Visa / MasterCard SecureCode / 3D-Secure is used.

You may wish to have your goods shipped to a different address than the card-account billing address. For these circumstances, we use Verified by Visa / MasterCard SecureCode / 3D-Secure to verify that you are the named card-holder. This policy is to help prevent card fraud and theft.

If you experience unexpected problems using this method (refusals etc.) then you can use our PayPal Express checkout and pay with your credit/debit card. We can only send goods to the address that you enter into PayPal when using this method. We will be unable to ship to a different address under any circumstances.

If you use this method of payment and you wish to have your order shipped to a different address than your billing address then we need you to make sure you use the 3D-Secure Authentication when it is offered.
