Plant Magic - Hydro Silicon is a silicon supplement that has been formulated specifically for growers using coco and hydroponic systems. Hydro Silicon works by toughening plants' cell walls, triggering an increase in fruit density and overall vigour, and improving resistance to disease and pests.

How Plant Magic - Silicon Works:
Plant Magic - Hydro Silicon contains a mixture of soluble silicon, as well as nitrogen (0.12%), phosphorus (0.03%), and potassium (5.06%), in order to aid with the transportation of the silicon to cells. Silicon helps plants to build strong cell-walls which make the plant more resistant to diseases, fungi and pests. Silicon even reduces water loss through the leaves (transpiration), which can help guard against wilting. Liquid Silicon is also highly alkaline and so can be used to increase pH of nutrient solutions.

How To Use
How to use Plant Magic - Hydro Silicon:
Plant Magic - Hydro Silicon is tailor-made for use with plants grown in coco and hydro. Use Hydro Silicon on young plants through to the end of flowering. Always shake the bottle well before use. Add Hydro Silicon at a rate of 0.5ml - 1.0ml per litre of water and apply at every watering. Hydro Silicon can also be used as a foliar spray. Add at a rate of 0.5ml/litre of water and spray your plants thoroughly, ensuring you wet both the tops and undersides of leaves. When foliar-feeding, ensure none of the spray comes into contact with your grow-light. It is usually best to foliar feed your plants when the light has just gone out for the dark-period. This avoids leaf-burns due to intense light hitting wet leaves.
Plant Magic - Hydro Silicon can also be used to correct the pH levels of reservoirs that are too acidic. Add a small amount of Hydro Silicon, stir vigorously, re-test the pH and continue with the previous steps until you reach the appropriate level.
As with all nutrients, boosters and additives, never mix them together in their concentrated form (i.e. straight out of the bottle). Always add each nutrient, booster or additive to your reservoir or feed water in turn, giving the solution a good stir to mix it in before adding the next one.
