Professional LED Grow Lights with Uniform Lighting Footprints, Designed For Smaller Grow Areas
Following on from the success of the fantastic Daylight 660w LED Grow Light, Maxibright have now introduced two versions for smaller sized grow tents and grow spaces. These smaller units are still based on the philosophy that the best coverage is achieved when the diodes are spread out over a larger area, covering more of the canopy. If you have a 1m x 1m or 0.8m x 0.8m grow tent then these units are the perfect solution, offering the very best in LED grow lighting. Expect to see bigger and better yields, and extremely high-quality produce.
How the Maxibright Daylight Pro 200w/300w LED Grow Light works
Feedback for the original Maxibright Daylight 660 Watt LED Grow Light has been exceptional. The light spread, efficiency and overall output levels have generated some very happy customers. We've yet to see anybody who's made the switch to LED grow lighting go back to old-school systems, like HPS. The 660 watt Maxibright LED is designed for a 1.2m x 1.2m grow tent, which is too large for smaller grow set-ups, veg tents and mother plants. In order to cater for smaller grow spaces, Maxibright have designed two compact models. One is a 200w version designed for a 0.6m to 0.8m square grow tent; the other is designed for a 0.8 to 1m square grow tent.
The Lumiled LEDs mainly produce full-spectrum light, with other diodes included to boost up the red areas of the spectrum and add some far red to the equation. Far red light can stimulate plants to speed up the transition to flowering after switching to a 12/12 lighting pattern, and can even shorten the overall flowering period. It can also stimulate greater production of essential oils and medicinal plant compounds.
All of the diodes are professional grade and therefore highly efficient, giving you more light per watt and less wasted heat. With less excess heat, grow room temperatures are much easier to control and plants perform better. The spread, spectrum and efficiency levels combine to deliver impressive yields and incredible quality with improved flavours and aromas.
Both of the units have five power settings - 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100%, so you can tailor the output levels to meet your plants' exact needs.
To squeeze as much performance as possible from your LED, consider supplementing with CO2.

How To Use
How to Use the Maxibright Daylight 200w or 300w LED Grow Lights
For the very best results, match the version to your size of grow tent. Use the 200w version for a 0.6m to 0.8m square grow tent or the 300w version for a 0.8 to 1m square grow tent.
Hang the unit in your grow tent above the plant canopy using the eyelets on the ballast. It is usually best to start off higher up and on lower settings, lowering it as your plants adapt. This avoids the possibility of causing any plant stress. These units can be dimmed using the output switch.
