Why You Need Emerald Harvest Honey Chome
Your base nutrients provide the essential minerals your plants need, but there's more to a successful feeding programme than simply supplying nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.
Honey Chome is designed to complement your regular nutrients by supporting beneficial microorganisms in the root zone while helping plants develop the natural characteristics growers value during flowering.
Its blend of natural carbohydrates provides a food source for beneficial microbes. These microorganisms play an important role in the root environment, supporting nutrient cycling and helping maintain a healthy, active root zone.
Cane sugar, palm sugar and agave nectar provide different carbohydrate sources, helping sustain microbial activity throughout your feeding programme.
Honey Chome also contains magnesium, an essential component of chlorophyll that supports photosynthesis and the movement of sugars within plants. Small amounts of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium provide additional nutritional support.
During flowering, Emerald Harvest has formulated Honey Chome to support the production of aromatic compounds, resins and flavonoids associated with the natural flavour, fragrance and colour of flowers and fruits.
For growers looking to get more from their existing nutrient programme, Honey Chome provides a straightforward way to introduce additional carbohydrate and microbial support without replacing their regular base nutrients.
Why Pair Honey Chome with Root Wizard?
One of the most effective ways to incorporate Honey Chome into your feeding programme is alongside Emerald Harvest Root Wizard.
Root Wizard introduces beneficial bacteria into your growing medium, helping establish an active microbial population around the roots.
Honey Chome complements that approach by supplying natural carbohydrates that beneficial microorganisms can use as a food source.
Used together, these products are designed to support microbial activity and maintain a healthy root environment throughout the growing cycle.
How to Use Emerald Harvest Honey Chome
Honey Chome is a liquid carbohydrate additive designed to be mixed into your regular nutrient solution. Introduce it during early vegetative growth and continue using it throughout flowering and ripening, following the manufacturer's recommended feeding schedule.
- Prepare your water: Fill your reservoir or watering can with the required amount of fresh water.
- Add your base nutrients: Introduce your regular base nutrients according to the manufacturer's instructions. If you're using Cali Pro A&B, always add Part A first, mix thoroughly and then introduce Part B.
- Add Honey Chome: Measure the recommended dosage for your current growth stage and add it to your nutrient solution.
- Mix thoroughly: Allow Honey Chome to disperse evenly before adding any additional nutrients or additives.
- Check your readings: Measure your EC and adjust the final nutrient solution to the appropriate pH range before feeding.
Important: Never mix concentrated nutrients or additives together before diluting them. Always introduce each product separately, mixing thoroughly between additions.
Honey Chome is intended for application through the root zone. It is not designed for foliar spraying.
