How Dutch Pro - Original Bloom - Soil A&B - Hard Water Works

Dutch Pro Original Bloom Soil A&B is a 2-part nutrient especially for use in the bloom/fruiting cycle. The Hard Water version has been optimised for use in hard water areas. Dutch Pro Original Bloom Soil is formulated to work perfectly with plants grown in soil. Dutch Pro Original Bloom contains a sophisticated blend of ingredients to provide all the basic macro and micro nutrients that plants need for abundant blooming/fruiting of the highest quality. Dutch Pro particularly recommend the use of their Explode, Multi Total and Keep It Clean with this nutrient. Dutch Pro also produce their own pH down for Bloom product which perfectly compliments this nutrient line.

How to use Dutch Pro - Original Bloom - Hydro/Coco A&B - Hard Water

Fill your soil feed water container with water and add equal amounts of Dutch Pro Original Bloom for Soil Part A and Dutch Pro Original Bloom for Soil Part B to the tank to achieve the required strength and mix well. Dutch Pro recommend a dosage of 2 to 3 ml/Litre of both part A and part B. Dutch Pro recommend using a syringe or beaker for accurate measurement of this product and a CF/EC/PPM meter such as the Bluelab Truncheon to check the TDS. Adjust as necessary. Next, add any additives and boosters you wish to use and again mix well. Adjust the pH of the solution to the required level using pH up or down as necessary. Dutch Pro suggest an optimum pH between 5.8 and 6.5 for best results. We recommend the use of a pH meter such as the Horticare pH meter to help accurately set the pH to the required level. It is recommended that you allow the soil to get a little dry in-between waterings (not bone-dry). When watering in soil try to achieve 10-20% run-off each time to help flush out toxins which can naturally build up.

Both parts of a 2-part nutrient are designed to be used together in equal amounts. Using only part A or part B, or using them in unequal amounts will result in a nutrient solution which is not properly balanced. This will almost certainly lead to your plants suffering from deficiencies.

As with all nutrients, boosters and additives, never mix them together in their concentrated form (i.e. straight out of the bottle). Always add each nutrient, booster or additive to your reservoir or feed water in turn, giving the solution a good stir to mix it in before adding the next one.
