INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST BE OVER £150 TO QUALIFY FOR DELIVERY, IF YOUR ORDER IS UNDER THIS, WE'LL BE IN TOUCH BEFORE DISPATCHING YOUR GOODS.

You will be contacted after your purchase regarding an EORI number which is required for international shipping.

Please bear in mind European / International shipping will take longer than UK mainland shipping.

Please note: the vast majority of the electrical items we sell are fitted with UK plugs; an adaptor will be required if you don't wish to use the items within the UK.

The checkout will automatically calculate the shipping charge prior to you finalizing a purchase. Please see below for shipping charges per country. We reserve the right to decline orders where the items are excessively bulky or difficult to ship. Please note: some European deliveries are limited to a single package with a weight limit of 31Kg, if there is any issues with your order, we will get in touch via the contact details you provide at the point of checkout, please make sure these are accurate.

If international payment is made by bank transfer, you will need to cover any charges incured.

Please Note: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that it is legal to ship goods that they purchase to the country of destination. We cannot be held liable for any Customs rejections or returns, any item(s) that are rejected or returned will be subject to return carriage costs and a 10% restocking charge which will be deducted prior to any refunds being issued. We cannot be held responsible for any delays to delivery caused by Customs checks.

International Shipping to other countries:

If you require an order to be sent to a country not on this list, or if you require a large order which would require multiple packages / pallet delivery, then we may be able to prepare a quote for you on a bespoke basis. Please email a list of what you require and where you would like it to be shipped to: customerorders@onestopgrowshop.co.uk. If possible, we will then prepare a quote for you along with the cost for shipping.

Extra Charges

Please note, surcharges will cover 99% of deliveries. Where this is not possible, we'll contact you via email or phone to arrange further payment to cover the cost of shipping, Please bear this in mind when ordering your goods from outside of mainland UK.
